Sec. Piñol engages technicians at the WMSU Tissue Laboratory

Congressman Celso L. Lobregat, together with Incoming Department of Agriculture secretary Manny Piñol, recently visited the WMSU College of Agriculture last June 3 at the San Ramon campus as part of the secretary’s Biyaheng Bukid.
WMSU is thankful and the university looks forward to better opportunities for the College of Agriculture. We thank Congressman Celso Lobregat for facilitating the said visit and for bringing in incoming DA Sec. Piñol to have a quick look at the ongoing projects of the College .
