Western Mindanao State University was awarded as the TOP RANKING SUC with the most number of programs awarded with a Candidate Status by the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) out of the Top 11 Ranking SUCs in the country.
The University was able to submit a total of 38 programs for candidate status to the AACCUP.
Moreover, WMSU was also recognized as the Top 3 SUC with the most number of Programs granted accreditation Status (Candidate and Accredited Programs Levels I to IV).
The awarding was the highlight of AACCUP’s 28th Annual Conference held from February 16 to 18, 2015 at the Centennial Hall, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park in Manila.
